What is this all about?

This website was created to help us share Jake’s story to as many people as possible. Jake does not have any kidneys and is waiting for transplant. Our purpose is to educate and communicate the critical need to locate someone who would be willing to donate one of their kidney’s to Jake. It is here within this website we hope to provide with information you need to determine if you are a compatible and most of all willing to give one your kidneys to Jake. Click here to read more about Jake's Story.

Ever since Jake was diagnosed with E.S.R.D, we learned so much from his doctors, nurses and our own self study.  We have collected much of this information here on the website.  Pour a cup of coffee and browse around.  We know that not everyone can or would even consider giving up a kidney; we hope to at least provide you with good information about kidney donation.  Please help us spread the word and tell other’s about this website.
